Yes. Renters must provide proof of an active insurance policy that includes collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage transferable to the rental vehicle. Some credit cards, like American Express, offer premium rental coverage—check with your provider for details.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount may vary by vehicle. Upon return, the car will be inspected for fuel level, cleanliness, and any damage. Deposits are typically refunded within 5–7 business days, minus any applicable fees.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and cash. Payments must be made in full before the rental period begins.

How many miles are included with my rental?

Mileage limits vary by vehicle and are listed on each car’s booking page. Additional miles are charged at a rate of $1.50–$2.50 per mile and deducted from your deposit.

What kind of fuel should I use?

All vehicles require 93 Premium Gas. Please return the car with a full tank and keep your fuel receipts. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel or without proof of premium gas, a refueling fee of $5/gallon or a flat $85 charge may apply.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes. Most vehicles require a minimum one-day rental. Some premium models may have longer minimums—details are listed on each vehicle’s page.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and may incur additional cleaning fees.

Do you offer airport delivery?

Yes. We offer convenient delivery to Richmond International Airport and other nearby locations. Just select your preferred drop-off option during booking.
