Welcome to Run It Up Exotic & Car Rentals. By booking, renting, or operating any vehicle through our website, platform, or in-person services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your responsibilities, our policies, and the conditions of your rental.

1. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Run It Up Exotic & Car Rentals, you must:

  • Be at least 25 years old

  • Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (or international license with passport)

  • Provide a valid credit or debit card for payment and security deposit

  • Maintain active auto insurance that meets Virginia minimum coverage requirements

We reserve the right to deny rentals to any individual who does not meet these requirements or who presents a risk to the safety of our vehicles or business.

2. Reservation & Payment

  • A non‑refundable booking fee may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment is due before vehicle pickup.

  • A security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition.

  • Prices may vary based on demand, season, or availability.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

By renting a vehicle, you agree to:

  • Operate the vehicle responsibly and lawfully

  • Use the vehicle only on paved public roads

  • Avoid reckless driving, racing, burnouts, drifting, or off‑road use

  • Not smoke or vape inside the vehicle

  • Not transport pets unless approved in advance

  • Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Violations may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or early termination of the rental.

4. Mileage & Charging/Fuel Policy

Electric Vehicles (EVs)

  • EVs must be returned with at least 70% battery unless otherwise stated.

  • A charging fee will apply if the vehicle is returned below the required level.

Gas Vehicles

  • Gas vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

  • A refueling fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

Mileage limits vary by vehicle and will be stated at booking. Exceeding mileage limits will incur additional charges.

5. Insurance & Liability

Renters are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid insurance during the rental period

  • Any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle

  • Any traffic violations, tolls, or citations incurred during the rental

If damage occurs, the renter is responsible for repair costs up to the full value of the vehicle unless otherwise covered by insurance.

Run It Up Exotic & Car Rentals is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or third‑party damages resulting from the renter’s use of the vehicle.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup may receive a partial refund (excluding booking fees).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non‑refundable.

  • No‑shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or vehicle availability.

7. Vehicle Condition & Return

Renters must return the vehicle:

  • In the same condition it was received

  • Clean and free of excessive dirt, stains, or odors

  • Without new damage to the interior or exterior

Cleaning fees, damage fees, or loss of deposit may apply if the vehicle is returned in unacceptable condition.

Late returns may incur hourly or daily late fees.

8. Prohibited Uses

Vehicles may not be used for:

  • Racing, drifting, or motorsport activities

  • Towing or hauling

  • Commercial use without prior approval

  • Transporting illegal substances

  • Any activity that violates state or federal law

Any prohibited use may result in immediate termination of the rental and full forfeiture of the deposit.

9. Privacy & Data

We may collect basic personal information for the purpose of processing your reservation, verifying identity, and ensuring vehicle security. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

Run It Up Exotic & Car Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
